Issue/Description:
The Tasks app should support accordion-style expandable and collapsible task sections for grouped task states such as Pending, Completed categories.

Each section should contain:

A section header/title
Task count badge
Expand/collapse chevron indicator
Vertically expandable task list content

Collapsing a section should hide all tasks under that group while preserving the section header in a compact single-row state. Expanding the section should restore the full vertically stacked task list.

This would improve organization, reduce scrolling for large task collections, and provide a cleaner overview experience.

Expected Behavior:

Task groups such as Pending and Completed should be collapsible
Clicking the section header or chevron should toggle expand/collapse state
Collapsed sections should reduce to a compact single-row header
Expanded sections should vertically reveal their contained tasks
Section headers should display task counts
Expand/collapse animations should remain smooth and consistent with COSMIC design patterns
